Shining Rock Golf Community Northbridge, MA
For the past year we have been working with Shining Rock Partners of Lincoln,
MA, to prepare subdivision and site plans for an 18 hole golf course in conjunction
with a 56 lot subdivision in addition to 104 condominium units with approximately
10,000 linear feet of roadway.

In 2002, Heritage Design Group worked with H & M Bay, a national,
full-service provider of high quality transportation services, in order
to construct a 51,000 square foot cross-docking and distribution center
located in Uxbridge, MA.
Our Scope of Services for this project are as follows:
Brierly Pond Village Millbury, MA
Brierly Pond Village is a proposed Adult Living Community for persons
over the age of 55 years. The project will consist of approximately
130 units of Townhouse style buildings, on 75 acres of land, clustered
in a wooded setting overlooking Brierly Pond.

Juniper Hill Uxbridge, MA
Juniper Hill, a 60 unit age-restricted townhouse development
in Uxbridge. Juniper Hill was a very neighborhood sensitive
project. It was first denied by the ZBA and then asked to
be reconsidered. The abutters, as well as the ZBA, felt a
plan could be worked out that would satisfy all concerns.
After months of weekend meetings and discussions with the
Board and neighbors, a design was worked out that was agreeable
to all and the project was approved.
