Recent Projects
Shining Rock Golf Community,
Northbridge, MA For the past year we have
been working with Shining Rock Partners of Lincoln,
MA, to prepare subdivision and site plans for an 18 hole golf course in conjunction
with a 56 lot subdivision in addition to 104 condominium units with approximately
10,000 linear feet of roadway. Our Scope of Services for this project are as follows:
